Wash in cold or lukewarm water (up to 30°C / 86°F).

Use mild, natural detergent.

Turn the shirt inside out to preserve color and texture.

Machine-wash on a gentle cycle, or hand-wash.

Air-dry whenever possible; lay flat or hang.

Avoid direct, harsh sunlight for long periods to prevent fading.

If you must use a dryer, choose low heat and remove early to prevent stiffness

Iron while the fabric is still slightly damp.

Use medium heat with steam.

Turn inside out to avoid shine on the surface.

Treat stains quickly with a gentle, natural stain remover.

Avoid bleach—it weakens hemp fibers and affects color.

Store in a cool, dry place.

Fold rather than hang if the shirt is heavy, to prevent stretching.
